Your tenant portal
Your tenant portal is where your tenancy lives: what you’re renting, what you owe, what you’ve paid, and the documents that go with it. You only ever see your own tenancy — nobody else’s.
Find your way around
Section titled “Find your way around”The portal has five places, on the menu at the bottom or side of the screen:
- Home — your unit, your balance, when rent is next due, and anything waiting on you.
- Lease — the details of your tenancy.
- Pay — your bills and how to settle them.
- Docs — documents shared with you, and anything awaiting your signature.
- More — the property and manager contact, your profile, and your requests.
Check your tenancy
Section titled “Check your tenancy”Select Lease to see your Term, Rent, Deposit, any Service charges, and any Upcoming reviews — dates when your rent is due to be looked at.
Select Download signed contract for the signed copy of your agreement, and View statement for a running list of what has been charged and paid, with the opening and closing balance for the period.
Pay your rent
Section titled “Pay your rent”- Select Pay.
- Open the bill you want to settle. It shows the Period, the Due by date, the Total and the Balance due.
- Select Pay now and choose how you want to pay.
- Finish the payment on your provider’s secure page.
Your balance and the bill’s status update once the payment confirms — you don’t need to send a receipt. Bills show as Due, Overdue or Paid, so it’s clear what still needs attention.
Sign a document
Section titled “Sign a document”When something needs your signature, it appears on Home and under Docs. Open it, read it, and sign in the portal. You’ll be able to download the signed copy afterwards — keep it.
Keep your details current
Section titled “Keep your details current”Select Profile to update your Full name, Phone number, Language, Preferred contact channel and Billing email.
Getting this right matters more than it sounds: rent reminders, appointment messages and document requests all go to the contact details on this page.
Report something that’s broken
Section titled “Report something that’s broken”Select Report an issue on Home, or Report a fault on the Property page. Everything you’ve sent is under My requests. See Report an issue in your home for what to include so it gets sorted first time.
