  2. Custom Domain: This option enables you to set up a custom domain for your system, providing a personalized and branded web address for your platform.

  3. Distribution List Settings: This feature allows you to configure settings related to distribution lists, such as email distribution lists, which can be used for efficient communication and sharing of information within your organization

Organization Management: The Organization Management encompasses four main features:

  1. Academic Structure: Here, you select the structures you want your organization to have. Once this is done, confirm your selection, and proceed to the academic section for further set up.

  2. Organization Administrators: This feature allows you to manage and configure the roles and permissions of individuals or groups who have the role of Organization Administrator within your organization. You can assign, modify, or remove administrator privileges as needed.

  3. Organization Unit: Within this feature, you can create and manage organizational units, which are used to structure and organize your organization's hierarchy. Organizational units help streamline management and access control within your organization.

  4. Organization Settings: This option provides access to various settings and configurations that pertain to your organization as a whole.

In the settings section, you will find three distinct options:

  1. Contact Information: This allows you to configure and manage the contact details for your institution, ensuring that accurate and up-to-date contact information is readily available.

  2. Organization Profile: In this feature, you can personalize your institution's profile by adding your institution's logo, providing a description of what your institution is all about, and entering any other relevant information that helps define your organization.

  3. Account Deletion: The account deletion option provides the capability to permanently delete your institution's account. It's important to note that this action is irreversible, meaning there is no way to recover the account or its data once it's deleted. Use this feature with caution and only when absolutely necessary.
