Accessing the University Software

Upon completing the initial information on the account creation page, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided.

Click on Verify Email, and you'll receive a pop up message, with a link to Create your Password.

This create-password link contains a secure link, designed to verify your institution's identity. While you proceed with the password creation process. Kindly ensure you fulfil the password creation conditions, for a successful attempt.

On completion of your unique password, you will be automatically routed to a sign-in page, where you sign in as an institution owner, with the details you used during registration. Kindly ensure that you are on the *log in as the Organization owner* link, because this is the only way you can sign in as an admin.

To be sure of that, click on the 'Log in as Organization owner' Link, it will toggle to 'Log in as staff', which means, you can now sign it as an admin. But if you are routed directly to the admin sign-in page, with "Log in as staff" Link showing by default, kindly proceed by Signing in.

Once you sign in successfully, you will be directed to your institution's dashboard, which carries your university name, and the name of the admin-in-charge.

If you forget your password or need to reset it for any reason, you can usually find a "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Click on this link, follow the on-screen instructions, and a password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
