To get started, users must take the initial step of adding a receiving account for the fee they intend to create. Here's a simplified guide:

1. Within the Bursary unit's settings feature, locate the 'Receiving Account Settings.' Click on this option.

2. At the top of the page, find and click on the 'Add a Receiving Account' button.

3. Here, you'll need to input all the necessary details for the account you wish to add.
4. After filling in the required information, ensure that you save these details by clicking the 'Add' button.
5. Once saved, you will see the newly created account listed on the page.
6. To view the specific details of the added account, simply click on the 'View Details' button next to the account.
7. Alternatively, if you need to take further actions, such as modifications, for a particular fee, you can select the fee of your choice. This will allow you to edit or delete the fee that has already been created.

Once all of these is done, users can then initiate the fee creation process under the fees unit.<br>
